A few things our customers often ask before submitting a request.
Nothing is taken at the request stage. Once our team confirms availability and you're happy to proceed, full payment for the hire is taken at the time of booking.
Cancellations or booking changes require a minimum of 72 hours notice. Please get in touch as soon as possible if your plans change.
You'll need your valid UK photocard driving licence, a licence check code (available from gov.uk) or your National Insurance number so we can complete the DVLA check, and 2 proofs of address dated within the last 3 months — such as a utility bill or bank statement.
We aim to respond to all hire requests within 2 hours during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–4:30pm. Requests submitted on weekends or bank holidays will be picked up on the next working day.
Yes — you can select your preferred vehicle in the form. If it's unavailable on your dates, we'll suggest the best available alternative.
